missionCREEP Live! February 2005 at Nexus in Philadelphia

missionCREEP held its first ever real world event next February at Nexus Gallery in the Old City neighborhood of downtown Philadelphia. The extravaganza featured a month long exhibit of artwork from the site, as well as items from Expresso Tilt, and several performances. Jim Knipfel gave a reading at Nexus during that month, and Bill Amundson presented his hilarious and educational slide show/lecture entitled Art, Humor, and the American Way of Life. Jim Mundie and Judith Scheachter also did lectures.

Nexus is located at 137 N. 2nd Street in the Old City neighborhood of Philadelphia. The exhibit runs from Friday, February 4, to Sunday, February 27. Opening reception: Friday, February 4. A companion exhibit of Amundson's drawings took place during the same month at pii gallery, 242 Race St in Philadelphia.

This event was one of the most popular in the history of Nexus.

missionCREEP's Recommended Movie List

Many times we've been asked, "Which movies should we rent?" So we wrote down a few movies we thought were worth renting and gave the list to a few people. We kept getting more requests for the list, and we kept adding more movies to the list. So we finally organized it by year, concocted a ratings system, added a few scans, and posted the list to missionCREEP. So why waste time or money on a crummy movie? When you're not sure what to rent, check out missionCREEP.com's Recommended Movie List.
